About

I work at the intersection of perovskite/organic semiconductors and flexible, textile-integrated electronics. My research focuses on defect engineering, trap dynamics, and charge transport to improve stability and performance in photovoltaics and physiological-monitoring wearables.

Research Focus & Tooling

Laboratory Methods

  • Thin-film deposition (spray/spin)
  • Nanomaterial synthesis
  • Hybrid inorganic/organic heterojunctions
  • Air-processed perovskite/organic solar cells

Characterization

  • XRD, AFM, SEM/TEM • Raman/FTIR
  • J–V, TPC/TPV • C–V/C–f • 4-point probe
